Privacy Policy

Last updated June 29, 2026

Vintage Capital Corporation buys and holds American businesses. Owners who contact us often share sensitive information about companies they have spent years building, sometimes before deciding whether to sell at all. This page explains what happens to that information, and what our website does and does not collect.

What this website collects

Nothing directly. This site has no contact forms, no input fields, no newsletter sign-up and no account system. It sets no cookies. It uses no analytics, advertising or tracking services of any kind. We do not know who visits, how many people visit, or what they read.

There is no cookie banner on this site because there are no cookies to consent to.

What third parties see

Two services are involved in delivering the site, and both receive limited technical information as a normal part of how the internet works:

We do not receive, store or have access to any of that information. It is held by those providers under their own privacy policies.

Information you send us

If you email info@vintagecapitalcorp.com or call us, we receive whatever you choose to send. For business owners exploring a sale, that often includes financial statements, customer information, employee details and other confidential material.

How we treat it. Information you send us is used solely to evaluate a possible transaction with you. We do not sell it, rent it, trade it or share it for marketing. We do not add you to mailing lists. We do not pass it to other buyers, brokers or intermediaries.

Information is shared only with the people who need it to assess a transaction — our own team, and where a deal progresses, our attorneys, accountants and lenders, each of whom is bound by professional or contractual confidentiality obligations.

Where a non-disclosure agreement is in place, its terms govern and take precedence over this page. We are willing to sign an NDA before receiving any detailed information, and we encourage owners to ask for one.

How long we keep it

Correspondence is retained for as long as a conversation is active and for a reasonable period afterwards, in case discussions resume. Where a transaction does not proceed, you may ask us to delete the material you sent and we will do so, subject to any legal or accounting obligation to retain records.

Email and business systems

Our email is provided by an established business email service, and messages you send are stored on its servers under its terms and security practices. We use standard business software to manage correspondence and documents. Those providers process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

Your choices

You can browse this site without sending us anything. If you have contacted us and want to know what we hold, want it corrected, or want it deleted, email us and we will respond within two business days — the same standard we apply to every other message.

Depending on where you live, you may have specific rights over your personal information, including under the California Consumer Privacy Act or the General Data Protection Regulation. We honour those requests regardless of where you are.

Children

This site is intended for business owners and advisors. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this page

If our practices change, we will update this page and revise the date at the top. Material changes will be noted here rather than made quietly.
